When will my order ship?

Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing, though most orders will go out faster than that.

If you’ve pre-ordered an item, its estimated shipping date will be written in the product description.

Where do you ship to?

We ship worldwide, with the exception of a small handful of countries. If you can see a shipping option during checkout, then we deliver to your country.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your shipping address.

Do your prices include any import fees/VAT?

No, we do not prepay any customs/import fees. You are responsible for paying any fees you may incur once the package reaches your country.

My order came damaged, can you help me out?

Please reach out to our customer service team with photos of the damaged item(s) as well as photos of the packaging. We will do our best to make sure you’re taken care of!

Can I cancel my order? Do you offer exchanges?

All sales are final, due to the nature of our business and products.

Can I change my shipping address?

If you reach out to our customer service team, we will try to update your address before your order ships. We cannot, however, change your address after the order has shipped.
